Shipping for Returns
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions via email on where to send your item for return.
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- Return requests must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items, as these are unsellable.
If you believe the product is defective, please contact us directly at support@qualier.se with photos and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@qualier.se with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
We will review your request and provide further instructions for the return process.
Processing Returns and Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
- We will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Note: If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., it is used, damaged, or not in its original packaging), we reserve the right to reject the return or issue only a partial refund.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.

- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
